Small Group Therapeutic Yoga with Rachel at Long Life Wellness Center

If you are in pain or feeling stuck or stiff, this small group class will serve you well. You will integrate restorative yoga, breath awareness, and targeted smaller movements of your joints that honor your smooth and current range of motion. In working in this efficient and supported manner, your brain will begin releasing patterns of bracing and tension and will start integrating the feel of more ease in the body. Rachel’s therapeutic teachings are based upon her education as a yoga therapist with master therapeutic yoga teacher, Susi Hately of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
